More than just a guardhouse renovation project - it is a statement.

It is a statement of Southbay Gardens Subdivision's identity - cozy, classy, and a haven to its community - expressed through architecture and greenery.

​

The re-designed guardhouse embraces modernity and nature, as it embraces both residents and guests into the village. Integrating greenery on and around the structure gives it a soft and inviting ambiance, and provides a comfortable workspace for the staff who occupy it. The softness of the landscaping is juxtaposed by the rigid geometry of the roof frames - meant to emulate the interconnectedness of tree branches - creating interesting silhouettes and shadows and crowned by a lofty floating main roof.
