This neo-industrial designed condominium unit exudes a warm and intimate ambiance by putting together the playfulness of grape-colored paint and the stark, industrial look of the limewash finished walls.

Select eye-catching pieces are also introduced as a nod to the essence of industrial-inspired interiors and to add character to the space. The lounge sofa is a family heirloom sentimental to the client, refurbished with a vibrant orange to serve as the focal piece of the living area. On the opposite end of the space is a modern interpretation of “The Last Supper”, a creative bespoke piece that accentuates the limewash backdrop of the dining area. This piece pays homage to the clients’ religious roots and to the traditional Filipino home.

Apart from its aesthetic features, functionality was similarly regarded in the design of the unit by utilizing multi-functional furniture and fixed pieces. This ultimately gives the users the freedom on how to enjoy the Grape Box.
